Responsibilities


The Human Resources Department assists all City departments in meeting their service delivery responsibilities to the citizens. In addition, we assist employees in reaching their fullest potential within the City.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for administering education and development, labor and employee relations, employee benefits, compensation, recruitment, certification and selection, and retirement.

Our primary goal is providing quality, professional services for the citizens and employees of the City of Lebanon. We are committed to exceed the expectations of the citizens and employees with diligence, integrity, and innovation.

After filling it out you may submit it one of the following ways:
