The City of Lebanon offers a Household Hazardous Waste Recycling and Yard Debris Collection Program that is free to residents of Laclede, Camden, and Miller Counties. Additionally there are Energy Conservation Rebate Programs that are available only to Lebanon residents.

Household Hazardous Waste and Yard Debris Collection
Location and Hours of Operations
Lebanon’s Recycling center for HHW and Yard Debris drop off is located at the Public Works facility, 1401 West Commercial St.
Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, CLOSED 11:30am-1:30pm for lunch.
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 9am-2pm.
This facility is closed during official City Holidays that fall during the week and closed on Saturday when the holiday falls on a Friday or Monday that flanks a 1st or 3rd weekend date.
Household Hazardous Waste
The HHW Collection is free to residents of Laclede, Camden, and Miller Counties.
There are fees that apply on materials dropped off by "for hire" businesses or corporations.

Other Recycling Services
Yard Debris Collection is free to residents of Laclede, Camden, and Miller Counties.
There are fees that apply on materials dropped off by "for hire" businesses. Please note: Yard Debris is vegetation consisting of: leaves, tree limbs, grass clippings, shrub trimmings, etc. No pre-treated lumber is accepted.

The HHW collection and Yard Debris program are FREE services for residents of Laclede, Camden, and Miller Counties.
A valid ID or utility billing may be required as proof of residency.
‘For Hire’ contracted businesses WILL be assessed fees when utilizing these residential programs. For pricing and instructions, contact the warehouse person at 417-532-2156 x1452.
Prior to unloading unwanted materials, check in at the Public Works Warehouse office to complete to proper paperwork.
