The City of Lebanon's Utilities Department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at City Hall.

Customers may pay bills, transfer accounts, and begin or end service at the utilities counter.
We also offer the following options to pay utility bills:
  • Mail the bill and a check or money order to:
    P.O. Box 111 Lebanon, MO 65536
  • By using the drive up window located on the Hayes Street side of City Hall.
  • Dropping the bill and a check or money order into the night drop box located on the Hayes Street side of  City Hall.

The City of Lebanon provides electric, water, and sewer service to customers living within the City limits. For more rates and other information please browse the links to the right.
Some city residents may have electric service through Laclede Electric Cooperative. Customers may call the Utilities office during business hours at (417) 532-2345.

Additional Bill Pay Info
  • All payments received after 5:00 p.m. will be posted to the next business day.
  • Postmark will no longer serve as payment date.
  • Same Day Service: 3:00 deadline for services that were shut off for nonpayment.
  • Same Day Service: 12:00 deadline for new connections.
  • To ensure proper billing during a move it is important to fill out a forwarding address card with the Post Office.
