Utilities

City of Lebanon’s Utilities Department is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at City Hall, 400 S. Madison.

Customers may pay bills, transfer accounts or begin or end service at the Utilities counter. Customers also may pay bills via mail or by dropping the bill and a check or money order into the night drop box located on the Madison Street side of the building.

The City of Lebanon provides electric, water and sewer service to customers living within the city limits. Some city residents may have electric service through Laclede Electric Cooperative. Customers may call the Utilities office during business hours at (417) 532-2345 or City Hall’s main switchboard, (417) 532-2156.
  • Propane may be purchased by city residents from any of several businesses in the Lebanon area. Residents may consult the Yellow Pages for a complete listing.

  • Telephone service may be initiated through Sprint at 1-800-788-3500 for residential or 1-800-901-9675 for business service.

  • Waste disposal may be arranged through several haulers operating in Lebanon and approved by the City. They are EZ Disposal at (417) 533-7870; Modern Sanitation at (417) 865-1717; or Waste Management at 1-800-358-7274.
