The first-ever youth Gold Leaf Award goes to Gracie Carroll. Gracie is a 16-year-old junior at Lebanon High School. Through the LHS-U Program and of her own initiative, Carroll, the daughter of Ricky and Cindy Carroll, has volunteered more than 630 hours since 2017. Carroll has volunteered at local charities, food banks and through her church. She was nominated by LHS-U sponsor, Laura Latall.
Adult Award – Carol Miller
Carol Miller is the first-ever adult recipient. She has volunteered more than two days a week at the Lebanon American Red Cross for more than ten years. Miller is the office manager for the organization and she also does casework for disaster and fire clients around the area. Jenny Solomon from the Red Cross nominated Ms. Miller for the award.
