Lebanon quick-attack engine finally delivered

Quick Attack

We are thrilled to share that the Lebanon Fire Department's newest fire apparatus, a quick attack engine, was recently displayed prior to Thursday's City Council Work Session. 🎉 This powerful little fire engine was purchased by the city in November 2020 and was finally delivered just over a week ago, after some supply concerns.

What makes this quick attack engine so special? Well, its smaller size and enhanced maneuverability allow our firefighters to access narrow driveways and alleys with ease. Plus, its shorter overall height opens up possibilities for reaching areas with overhead obstacles, such as building overhangs or tree limbs.

The best part? This impressive fire engine comes at half the price of larger engines while maintaining the same capabilities. Our city's investment ensures that we have top-notch firefighting equipment that not only meets our needs but also maximizes efficiency and safety.

Join us in celebrating this fantastic addition to the Lebanon Fire Department! We are proud to equip our firefighters with the tools they need to protect our community.
