2️⃣ Action: Council approved Bill 6552 to conduct a survey and engineering study at the intersection of Fourth Street and Adams Avenue.
● Impact: 🚦 Citizens have expressed a strong desire for safety improvements at this intersection. By making these changes, we're prioritizing safety for everyone crossing the street. The planned work includes fixing the intersection, adjusting curbs, and notably, removing on-street parking.
3️⃣ Action: Council approved Bill 6553 for the purchase of 400 tons of de-icing salt.
● Impact: ❄️ As we prepare for winter, this action ensures our street department is prepared for winter weather.

5️⃣ Action: Council passed Bill 6555 to purchase six automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
