Mills Center
Subfacility of Cowan Civic Center
The Mills Center is located in the fairground area at 650 Mills Drive.
There is 3,800 sq. ft. of actual floor space. It is equipped with an enclosed kitchen with a stove, grill, refrigerator and an ice machine. There is a PA System and stage upon request. Bathrooms and showers are available.
The Mills Center is used for: family reunions, dinners, pageants, meetings, weddings and receptions, craft shows, garage sales and various vendor shows.
The rental fee for commercial events is $300 per day and require the vendor to supply a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the City of Lebanon as an additional insured. Community and government events are $175 per day Friday through Sunday and Holidays. Monday through Thursday $150 per day and half days through the week are $75.
