[ARCHIVED] Council thanks Holman Howe Funeral Home for Time Capsule plaque

Members of the Lebanon City Council met to thank Kenny Howe, of Holman Howe Funeral Home, for the plaque commemorating the time capsule buried at city hall on Sept. 15, 2021 in conjunction with the Missouri Bicentennial Celebration last year. The capsule is scheduled to be opened on Sept. 12, 2121.
