The City of Lebanon is pleased to announce the launch of the 2024 Citizen Satisfaction Survey. This survey offers residents a vital opportunity to provide feedback on the progress made in recent years and to help shape the future goals of our community.
According to Mayor Jared Carr, the survey is a great opportunity for residents to help shape Lebanon. “In recent years, we have seen tremendous growth and progress in our city, much of which can be attributed to your valuable feedback. We have conducted citizen surveys every two years since 2018, and your responses have been instrumental in building our city goals and objectives. Now, you have a third opportunity to provide fresh feedback and continue to move our community forward,” Carr said.
The 2024 survey has been mailed to random residents, and participation is crucial for continued progress. Residents are encouraged to look for the survey envelope, complete it, and return it in the enclosed postage-paid envelope. For those who prefer to complete the survey online, it is available at www.lebmosurvey.com.
Administered by ETC Institute, a national leader in resident survey administration and data analysis, this survey will provide Lebanon with comparative insights to other cities and communities. ETC Institute ensures that individual responses remain confidential, allowing residents to provide honest and constructive feedback.
“Our recent progress and growth is all a direct result of your feedback, and Lebanon is just going to keep improving. Please help us move Lebanon forward by providing your fresh feedback,” Mayor Carr added.
The survey results will be summarized and made available to the public. The insights gained will be used to evaluate and continually enhance the services provided to residents.
