Facing continued challenges with the transition to a new utility billing system, the City of Lebanon has expanded customer support, adjusted office hours, and waived late fees and shut-offs for the month of July to better serve residents. The City has brought in additional Customer Service Representatives to assist with increased demand and has shortened lobby hours to allow staff time to respond to customers and manage ongoing data entry needs.
How We’re Helping:
- Additional staff have been added to answer questions and process requests
- A dedicated computer in the City Hall lobby is available with staff support for registration help
- City Hall’s lobby now closes at 3 p.m. each weekday to give staff time to assist customers and manage data
- The Utilities drive-thru remains open until 5 p.m. for payments and paperwork drop-offs
- Late penalties and service shut-offs are suspended through July
Customers using online billing, autopay, autodraft, or paperless billing must re-register their accounts to continue using those services.
