The Bureau of Support and Professional Standards is managed by Chief of Police Jerry Harrison. Chief Harrison is directly responsible for equipment and vehicle purchases and is the Senior Commander of:

- School Resource Officer / Campus Safety Officer
- Court Security
- P.O.S.T. / Training
- Fleet Management
- Evidence
- Facilities Management

Bureau of Professional Standards
As a progressive and innovative department, and to maintain the ethical standards of the Missouri POST Commission, the Chief of Police formed an independent, specialized bureau.
The Bureau of Professional Standards is designed to conduct internal investigations and criminal investigations alleged against commissioned and non-commissioned department employees.
