The City Council Goals for 2025 were developed based on feedback from the Citizen Satisfaction Surveys, which the public completes every two years. These surveys allow residents to share their input and help guide the city’s priorities.
Each fall, the City Council gathers during their annual council retreat to evaluate the survey results, assess community needs, and set priorities for the upcoming year. These goals serve as a roadmap to enhance public safety, improve infrastructure, expand recreational opportunities, and foster economic development.
