Council Goal

Provide superior customer service to the City of Lebanon’s internal and external customers through the use of technology, facilities, resource management, and applied finance best practices.

Asset Management System Implementation

  • Complete implementation of the Limble system.
  • Enter and grow preventive maintenance (PM) schedules (300+ currently).
  • Track yearly asset expenses by integrating dollar amounts into the system.

Building Projects and Medical Simulation Lab

  • Complete remodel of Wallace Building (paint, flooring, and lighting).
  • Renovate EMS building at 100 Harrison Ave:
    • New vehicle space and room for four additional employees.
    • Exterior paint, garage doors, new bedrooms, flooring, and lighting.
  • Design and build the medical simulation lab in partnership with Lebanon R-3 and OTC:
    • Construction includes electrical, plumbing, finish work, and communications.

Finance Transition and ERP Conversion

  • Transition new Finance Director and outgoing Interim Director.
  • Implement the new ERP system (Caselle):
    • Evaluate workflows, data integrity, and procedures.
    • Compile and present FY2026 CIP and Operating Budget.
  • Explore online annual license renewals and payments (City Clerk).
  • Increase Clerk presence at Board and Commission meetings for Sunshine Law compliance.

Modernize Employee Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Modernize job descriptions, education requirements, and recruitment ads.
  • Refine implementation of "Employee Navigator" for benefit enrollment.
  • Complete training plans for employee self-service through the new ERP system.
  • Review and define responsibilities for payroll functions.

SCADA Improvements and IT Enhancements

  • Move electric SCADA behind the city network and add monitoring features.
  • Provide wireless services to Hughes Center.
  • Install wireless access with restrictions in designated parks.
