36. Rules
    • All entries must be festively decorated and lit. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to turn away entries that are not decorated appropriately.
    • The City of Lebanon will be held harmless and will not waive any laws.
    • NO ATVs, Jeeps, or dune buggies allowed. UTV’s and Golf Carts Only.
    • Drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
    • Vehicles cannot exceed the normal maximum occupant capacity.
    • Trailers are NOT allowed.
    • Headlights must be off while on Commercial St.
    • No items may be thrown from vehicles (candy, trinkets, samples, etc) to the crowd. Walkers can hand out items to spectators while walking down Commercial Street ONLY.
    • All participants must stop at the check-in table to receive their entry number, which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. UTVs must be fully prepared and in the order they wish to appear, as no spots will be reserved. Lineup will proceed in numerical order.
