Youth Award - Cash Vickers

Cash Vickers is an exemplary young leader and volunteer in Lebanon, holding officer positions in several school organizations. His extensive volunteerism includes participation in SERVE Lebanon, the Rotary Pancake Breakfast, the Back-to-School Fair, and Shop with a Cop, among other initiatives.

Cash’s commitment to community service is evident through his proactive involvement in both school and city-wide events, where he consistently demonstrates his dedication to improving the lives of others. His efforts are a testament to the values upheld by the Mayor Lyle Anderson Gold Leaf Award.

Adult Award - Emily Huckaby

Emily Huckaby is a cornerstone of Lebanon’s civic life,  serving as the 2023-2024 President of the Lebanon Downtown Optimist Club, Vice President of the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce, and President of the Lebanon Laclede County Library Foundation. She has been a key figure in organizing community-strengthening events such as the Christmas Parade, Miss Merry Christmas Pageants, and the Business Expo.

In addition to her leadership roles, Huckaby actively engages in local initiatives that promote unity and celebration within the community. Her dedication not only enriches Lebanon's cultural and social landscape but also exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism cherished by the Mayor Lyle Anderson Gold Leaf Award.

Emily's commitment to Lebanon extends beyond event organization, as she continues to play a pivotal role in various community development projects, fostering a sense of belonging and community pride among residents.
