Municipal Court
The Lebanon Municipal Court, located at City Hall (401 S Jefferson Avenue) in the Stanley H. Allen Council Chambers, administers city ordinance cases, including traffic violations, minor offenses, and code infractions. This court serves to uphold community standards and ensure due legal processes for city-level cases. Sessions typically occur on Wednesdays, overseen by Municipal Judge Mark Rector, with City Prosecutor Douglas Kinde representing the city.

Payment and Services
Residents can pay fines online by visiting the Missouri Courts Payment Center. In-person payments at the court office (401 S Jefferson Avenue) are accepted in cash, money order, or credit/debit card (with a 3% processing fee). The Missouri Case Net site is also available for checking case statuses and upcoming court dates.
