Phone Payment System (IVR)

Our new automated phone system lets you pay anytime by calling (833) 861-7536.

  • You’ll need your account number and a card number each time you make a payment.

Drive-Through & In-Person Payments

E-Billing

Sign up for E-Billing to receive your bill by email — fast, convenient, and environmentally friendly. To register, log into your customer utility payment page and update your account.

Auto Pay (Bank Draft)

With Auto Pay, your utility bill is automatically deducted from your bank account. You’ll receive a bill beforehand, but no action is needed to ensure on-time payment. To register, log into your customer utility payment page and update your account settings.

Level Pay (Budget Billing)

Level Pay helps spread utility costs evenly across the year by averaging your usage over the past 12 months. This predictable monthly payment prevents seasonal spikes.

How It Works

  • Your usage from the past 12 months is averaged to create a consistent monthly payment.
  • Your account is reviewed periodically for adjustments.
  • Available to residential customers with 12 months of billing history. Accounts must be current to enroll.

How to Enroll

  1. Download the Level Pay Form and submit it to Lebanon City Hall.

Additional Bill Pay Information

  • Payments received after 5 p.m. are posted the next business day.
  • Postmarks no longer determine payment dates.
  • For same-day service reconnections, payments must be received by 4 p.m.
  • New service connections must be paid by noon on the same day for activation.
